With a VERY limited contact book Brian and Neil set about persuading people to take part, both as moderators and as guests. Local broadcasters Tom Dunne and Dan Hegarty came on board early on as did vinyl enthusiast, Gavin Friday. Brian's old buddy Adrian Dunbar would be filming 'Line of Duty' in Belfast at the time and agreed to make an appearance. Fellow northerners and vinyl addicts Terri Hooley and Stuart Bailie were also poached and the line up took shape. In the end over 20 speakers were secured and the festival was ready to roll!

The addition of Irish Rock Royalty in Barry Devlin & Jim Lockhart from Horslips, Oscar-nominated director, Lenny Abrahamson and DJ, Don Letts increased our profile and we traded on the festival being one that wanted to bring together like-minded people to hear how the music they loved was created and performed.
