Terri Hooley

Godfather of Belfast punk and founder of the legendary Good Vibrations record label and shop, Terri has been at the heart of Irish music for the last 40 years. The Undertones, The Outcasts, Rudi and Ruefrex are some of the bands that got their start on the Good Vibrations Label. Good Vibrations (the shop) was a vital part of Belfast's music scene through the 80's and 90's and only closed three years ago after occupying various premises across the city. Terri continues to DJ.

A film starring Richard Dormer and Jodie Whittaker was made about Terri's life in 2012 and will be screened after the interview. He will be talking to the film's co-screenwriter, Glenn Patterson about his shop and his life in music
